I often get asked by patients what I suggest, treatment wise, to step up their game and take their skin to the next level. With so many treatments and products, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and discouraged. More times than not, I find myself recommending Clear + Brilliant laser treatment for my patients.
What is Clear + Brilliant?
C+B is a revolutionary, gentle laser treatment, clinically proven to fight the effects of aging skin, as well as help reduce pigmentation issues. It is non-surgical and non-invasive and the best part, darker skin types can be safely treated with no adverse effects and very little downtime.
Is Clear +Brilliant right for me?
Whether you’re looking for pore size and reduction, softening fine lines and wrinkles, improving tone and texture, or combating the most stubborn of pigmentation issues, including melasma, Clear + Brilliant might just be for you!
What does Clear + Brilliant involve?
C+B is a quick treatment, usually taking just 30 minutes out of your day! A topical numbing agent may be applied before treatment to ensure comfort. You may experience redness to the skin, similar to a mild sunburn but will dissipate within hours. I highly suggest pairing one of our fantastic brightening serums such as Lytera 2.0 from Skin Medica or White lightening Complex from iS Clinical. These serums can also be applied topically immediately after treatment to ensure efficacy. Results using the products in combination with the treatment have shown a significant reduction in pigmentation as well as an overall brightening and softening of the skin.
As with any laser treatment, a series of Clear + Brilliant is recommended (usually 6, spaced out every 4 weeks), and a medical-grade sunscreen such as iS Clinical Eclipse SPF 50 is highly recommended, as skin may be photosensitive. You may want to avoid direct sun exposure two weeks before and after treatment for the best results. A consultation is required for Clear + Brilliant to ensure you are a candidate.
