Meet Marisa Lindow
BORN AND RAISED IN THE SEATTLE AREA, MARISA ATTENDED THE UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON FOR HER BACHELOR’S IN PUBLIC HEALTH.
Following this, she moved to San Diego to attend The University of San Diego where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. To gain an even deeper understanding of anatomy, diagnosing and assessing, Marisa hopes to graduate from the University of Cincinnati with her Nurse Practitioner degree, December 2024.
Proudest career moment
It is a tie between working in Children’s COVID unit at the height of the pandemic or getting a call from Denice offering me a job at Pur!!!
When I’m not at Pūr
When I am not at work, you will find me working out at many different Seattle area fitness studios. I also love running outside or walking with my golden retriever, Teddy. Hosting dinner parties for family or friends is another one of my favorite activities.
Why integrative dermatology?
Sun damaged skin. As a sun lover myself, this is something I struggle with. The laser technology we have is truly amazing and it is so much fun to show patients their before and after photos after these effective laser treatments.
On my nightstand
Hatch alarm clock. I am a super early riser, so I can get to Pilates and drink my coffee before work.
Guilty pleasure
Watching The Real Housewives on Bravo, really any city. And ice cream!
