Meet Marisa Lindow

Born and raised in the Seattle area, Marisa Lindow, MSN, RN, attended the University of Washington for her bachelor’s in public health.

Following this, she moved to San Diego to attend The University of San Diego where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. Marisa’s true love has always been aesthetic medicine, but knowing she wanted to be a strong and well-rounded nurse, Marisa completed the RN Residency Program at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Here, she was an Acute Care Float Pool Nurse, taking care of pediatric patients in the medical, surgical, oncology, rehab, emergency room and COVID19 units. After 3 years of hospital nursing, it was time to dive into the world of cosmetics. Marisa worked in the operating room for a cosmetic surgeon while continuing to work at Seattle Children’s. During this time, she attended Botox trainings, shadowed industry leaders and dedicated time to understand the art and science of aesthetics. As a provider, she combines this knowledge with her passion for wellness and beauty. Marisa is dedicated to making each patient feel their most confident, beautiful and refreshed self every time they see her!

Proudest career moment

It is a tie between working in Children’s COVID unit at the height of the pandemic or getting a call from Denice offering me a job at Pur!!!

When I’m not at Pūr

When I am not at work, you will find me working out at many different Seattle area fitness studios. I also love running outside or walking with my golden retriever, Teddy. Hosting dinner parties for family or friends is another one of my favorite activities.

Favorite skin care challenge

Sun damaged skin. As a sun lover myself, this is something I struggle with. The laser technology we have is truly amazing and it is so much fun to show patients their before and after photos after these effective laser treatments.

On my nightstand

Hatch alarm clock. I am a super early riser, so I can get to Pilates and drink my coffee before work.

Guilty pleasure

Watching The Real Housewives on Bravo, really any city. And ice cream!
