Welcome to PUR Skin Clinic. By using this website, scheduling an appointment, or providing your phone number, you agree to comply with the following policies and terms.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This notice allows us to offer the time slot to other patients.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $100 fee.
• One-Time Courtesy: At the practice’s discretion, we may waive the cancellation or no-show fee once as a courtesy. After this first occurrence, all subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee.
• Credit Card Requirement: All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file. We may require a valid credit card to be kept on file prior to scheduling future appointments.

SMS / Text Messaging Consent By opting in or providing your phone number through our website, online booking system, or other forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from PUR Skin Clinic for:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Promotions, discounts, and special offers
• Follow-up and wellness messages related to your care

Message Frequency & Charges Message frequency may vary. On average, you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out & Help

• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Gift Card Policy Gift cards may be used toward services or products, excluding gift card purchases. They are not redeemable for cash, and any unused value remains on the card. PUR Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Refunds and Package Terms

• Product Sales: Open products are non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
• Service Packages: All prepaid packages are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Packages are non-refundable unless a special case is approved by management.
• Services: Individual services are non-refundable unless a special case is approved by management.

Age Requirements

• General Treatment: You must be 18 years of age or older for all treatments.
• Minors: Patients under the age of 18 require a signed parental consent form and clinical approval before receiving treatment.
