Firm things up by tightening skin laxity in face, neck, eyelids, and body skin with Thermage CPT (Comfort Pulse Technology).
Thermage is a non-invasive procedure that helps tighten and contour your skin in as little as one treatment – with no surgery, no injections, and little to no downtime. Thermage does so with radiofrequency energy that effectively treats the deep skin tissues, stimulating collagen production, while innovative cooling effects provide a more comfortable treatment experience. The results typically take about 3 months to appreciate and can last for several years. As with all treatments, individual results may vary.
Face & Neck
As part of the normal aging process, the collagen in your skin begins to break down resulting in lax skin, fine lines and wrinkles. Thermage is used to rejuvenate existing collagen and stimulate new collagen growth thereby improving the look of sagging skin. The result is skin that looks and feels noticeably smoother and tighter, without looking “over done”.
Benefits of the procedure include:
- Softens wrinkles around the eyes, mouth and forehead
- Restores contours along the jaw line and sagging skin under the chin (“jowls” and “turkey neck”)
- Smoothes horizontal neck lines
- Tightens skin and prevents further laxity from occurring
Thermage body procedures improve skin tone and texture while effectively smoothing, tightening and contouring skin for an overall naturally younger looking appearance. With little to no downtime, Thermage body treatments tighten and renew your skin’s collagen deep down, through all the layers of skin. This treatment is ideal for lax skin of the arms, tummy (commonly used for post-pregnancy or weight loss), and knees.
Benefits of the procedure include:
- Tightens loose, sagging skin
- Reduces crepiness
- Improves texture and tone
The Thermage Eyes treatment aims to smooth and tighten the delicate skin around the eyes. It decreases wrinkles and hooding of the eyelid area without surgery, injections or downtime. The result is a refreshed, less tired looking eyes!
Benefits of the procedure include:
- Reduces crepey skin around the eye
- Minimizes eyelid hooding and the appearance of under-eye bags
- Softens fine lines and crow’s feet
Eyes are protected during the procedure with small, plastic eye shields. Since there is no bruising, swelling or incisions, you can apply make-up and return to your normal routine immediately after.
How does Thermage CPT work?
Thermage first pioneered the non-invasive treatment using radiofrequency energy over ten years ago. Thermage treatments are all about energy – focusing radiofrequency energy to kick start the body’s own natural renewal process. Like most smart technologies, the process is relatively simple – it’s a combination of heat energy to treat deep tissue, and cooling effects, to protect the skin surface and deliver better patient comfort. And our latest evolution of Thermage includes patented Comfort Pulse Technology – gentle vibrations and interspersed cooling that make your Thermage treatment even more comfortable.
The CPT Thermage procedure uses radiofrequency energy (a sound wave) to create a uniform heating effect in the deep dermis. This gentle heating tightens existing collagen and stimulates the production of new collagen. It reduces wrinkles and achieves brow lifting, cheek lifting and jaw line lifting (lifts the jowls), by skin tissue tightening caused by immediate collagen contraction followed by gradual collagen tightening. The result is more youthful appearance to lax and sagging skin.
What should I expect during the treatment?
Thermage treatments are typically 1-2 hours depending on treatment areas. Pūr Skin offers the latest Thermage CPT technology, which adds a gentle vibration sensation and cooling bursts that give you even more comfort during treatment. You will feel cooling and heating sensations during each pulse. Throughout the procedure, we will ask for your feedback on the level of heat sensation to help balance your comfort with maximum results.
Will I have downtime?
You may return to your normal activities immediately after the Thermage treatment, as there is no down time. Makeup can be applied immediately after the treatment session. After treatment, your skin may be slightly red, but more people resume regular activities immediately after treatment. There’s typically no recovery time or special follow-up care.
How many treatments are recommended?
If you are 30-50, one may be enough. If over 50, its possible 2 treatments may be needed after six months. Typically, one treatment is all you need to see and feel real results.
When will I notice results?
Most patients can see and feel Thermage results very soon after treatment – in as little as one day. Continued improvements and contouring can happen for up to six months as your body regenerates collagen. Your body actually produces new collagen, which is how the collagen matrix thickens and creates a smoothing effect. Although a few patients show immediate improvement, response to treatment for most patients is gradual with progressive improvement over 1 to 6 months. 80-90% of patients show measurable and noticeable effects at 6 months. All patients show an increase in collagen in biopsy studies.

Love this place! I have had the best Botox treatment ever administered by Denice and I’ve had microdermabrasion that was perfect for my sensitive skin. I’ve sent two of my friends there. I highly recommend PUR.
Denice has been wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field of work. She was able to provide me with answers to my concerns. Overall it has been a wonderful experience for me as I knew that I was in good hands. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
Denice was highly recommended by a friend 10 years older than me. My friend looks beautiful while also natural and not like she’s “trying” to look younger. Denice listens to my priorities each time I see her and works very carefully to fulfill them. I consider Denice a tool in my beauty toolbox, like workouts and eating well. With her help, I feel more beautiful than ever!

As fall and winter seasons approach, so does the change in leaves, change in weather and change in our skincare. The air around us becomes drier: outside in the cold and indoors with heaters constantly running. In return, our skin barrier becomes compromised. Which results in dry, dehydrated, irritated and more sensitive skin.
