Meet Megan Redfern
Megan joins Pur Skin Clinic with over 8 years of experience in critical care, post-anesthesia care (PACU), and operating room (OR) settings where she has honed her skills in precision, thoroughness, and upholding the highest standards of safety and patient care.
Her journey in healthcare led her to specialize in plastic surgery, where she gained valuable experience circulating in the OR and assisting in surgeries.Driven by a desire to expand her expertise and make a difference in the field of aesthetics, she embarked on a career transition to become an aesthetic injector. Over the past two years, Megan has undergone training and certification to offer aesthetic treatments that enhance natural beauty and rejuvenate her clients’ appearance.
Proudest career moment
Having the courage to leave bedside nursing and pursue my passion in aesthetics with no idea how I was going to make that happen. Also, landing my dream job here at PUR and working with the best mentors and peers in the industry!
When I’m not at Pūr
I’m hanging out with friends or visiting family back in California. I love working out and did Brazilian jiujitsu for years, so you can find me at the gym or on hikes in the summertime! I’m also a huge foodie and will be trying new restaurants whenever I can!

Favorite skin challenge
My favorite skincare challenge is being able to customize treatments for different skin types and ethnicities including those of mixed races! One size does not fit all in the aesthetic world so it’s imperative to come up with a treatment plan that best fits your needs.Also, I love a good thin and/or M-shaped lip! It’s priceless seeing my patient’s reactions when we achieve a pretty pout they thought they never could!
Guilty pleasure
Hopping on a plane to a tropical destination any chance I get… and Hot Cheetos.
I’ll cry if I’m out of
SkinMedica Instant Bright Eye Cream! It’s the best brightening and plumping eye cream that I’ve tried so far. With one of its main ingredients being caffeine, this eye cream gives a perfect boost for the busy girl on the go!
